The journey began in 2007 when Brandon Martino and Lee Ramsey joined forces. Brandon contributed years of real estate investing and management experience, while Lee delivered a diverse skill set developed from a successful career in commercial construction. Both brought a strong work ethic built on a foundation of integrity and leadership to create an impressive team.
The duo continued to embark on new business ventures, and in 2013, Orison Holdings, LLC was formed to manage their ever-expanding and dynamic portfolio of operating companies, real estate holdings, and development projects. The leadership at Orison is driven by the challenge of expanding its professional expertise in an ever-changing and demanding business environment. One tool for meeting that challenge is their Advisory Board that was assembled for the purpose of providing seasoned guidance and mentorship.
Today, the Orison umbrella oversees direction and strategy for several companies that altogether employ over 250 people and earn an estimated annual revenue of $210 million.
Brandon Martino, Managing Partner
Brandon oversees acquisition and financial strategy for Orison Holdings, and his innovative approach to business has paved the path for fast-paced, successful growth. He is a licensed broker/realtor and comes from a family of real estate investors. After graduating from Utah Valley University, Brandon returned to Denton County to focus on property acquisition and management.
Lee Ramsey, Managing Partner
Lee oversees growth and development strategy for Orison Holdings. He began his construction career in 1999 and has extensive knowledge of both the commercial and multi-family sectors. Lee’s vast experience includes a myriad of successful projects working alongside owners, architects, engineers, and municipalities. In recent years, Lee has focused much of his attention on large-scale development projects and, through that process, has become an expert in real estate entitlements.
Angie Matthews, Chief Financial Officer
Angie is responsible for all financial and treasury aspects of Orison Holdings and oversees the accounting functions for all operating companies under the Orison umbrella. Prior to joining the company, Angie worked in Finance and Accounting for AMR Corporation and Arthur Anderson & Co. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ryan Nanney, Controller
Ryan is responsible for the financial reporting of Orison Holdings and several of the operating companies under the Orison umbrella. He also oversees accounting activity for the company's many real estate partnerships. Ryan has an extensive background in multi-family client accounting . He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin.
Aaron Cole, Director of Development
Aaron manages all Orison Holdings construction projects. He works closely with architects, engineers, and municipal staff from project concept to project completion. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science Technology degree from the University of Texas at Tyler. Aaron's ability to manage numerous, multimillion dollar projects while maintaining critical relationships is key to the company's success.
Lisa Allen, Senior Accountant
Lisa brings over 35 years of construction accounting and business management experience. She is responsible for the financial reporting of many real estate partnerships and manages the financial aspect of projects that involve new construction or extensive remodel. Lisa also oversees payroll and human resources functions for various operating companies in the Orison family. Lisa is an honor graduate of the University of North Texas with a degree in Business Administration.
Stephanie Cullum, Director of Investor Relations
Stephanie coordinates acquisition activities and manages the documentation exchange with both lenders and third-party investors. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas. Stephanie spent several years as an escrow officer, followed by nearly a decade as a lending assistant with local banks. Stephanie's unique blend of experience in both the title and banking industries is a prime asset to the company.
